This preparation allows safe drop off and pick up access for ATD dumpsters LLC delivery trucks: Have approximately 12 to 20 feet of width, 20 to 40 feet of area to turn around and around 20 foot of clear aerial height/overhead clearance for truck maneuvering.(Suggested) Check local permit requirements and/or regulations for street placement of dumpsters.

how long can I keep a dumpster?

Each dumpster rental is custom tailored to the individual so that the individual or company gets the most out of their rental. If a dumpster is needed for a longer period of time, an additional fee will be applied. If a dumpster is full and a “dumpster tip” is needed so that you can refill it on the job, a landfill fee of $110 will be applied.

Each dumpster comes with 2 tons of free debris removal. An overweight fee will be applied for any additional weight noted at the landfill.

Pro-tip: if it rains through your rental time frame, consider covering your dumpster container with a tarp secured with a bungee cord or straps to prevent those materials from soaking up water. Absorbent materials such as carpet and upholstered furniture will become heavier when wet, that water saturation adds excess weight to your rented roll-off container.

15 yards dumpsters are 14ft long x 8ft wide x 5ft tall. Our dumpsters hold 4-5 pick up truck loads of waste or 80-100 33 gallon trash bags. It’s a great choice for home clean outs, medium scale remodel projects, flooring removal, bulky item disposal and its medium size offers extra capacity without taking up additional space on your property.
